This journey is unconventional, somewhat crazy, and will definitely e messy, but we believe will lead us ultimately to our goals for life and "financial peace", and to some interesting stories along the way.
COCKRAOCH HOUSE
Our first wholesale property and it definitely fit the name!
Following up on a lead from Craigslist landed us our first wholesale purchase from a frustrated landlord. We happily turned around and sold it to a local real estate investor, who turned this very dirty property into a lovely starter home for a new family.
